Rates
The minimum rate for renting the chalet is £500 which allows for up to three nights mid or low season, depending on availability. During the summer season (2009), the chalet is only available to rent on a minimum weekly basis with rates ranging from £750 per week to £1,450 per week during August. "Low Season"
School holidays prove the most popular periods for renting on The Warren and are classed as 'peak season' but more and more people are visiting the holiday park, and Abersoch generally, out of season when the beaches, restaurants and leisure facilities are all quieter. This is reflected in the number of businesses - including cafes and shops - in Abersoch which now remain open longer throughout the year. With the exception of six weeks (mid Feb to end of Mar), it's business as usual on The Warren. Only the outdoor pool and bar area close in the Winter, usually opening again at the end of May.
If you fancy getting away from the hustle and bustle of life - a holiday here out of season may be the answer.
Inside the Chalet
| Chalet R7 provides, light and airy accomodation. The main open plan lounge/dining area is decorated in a contemporary taupe and cream colour scheme. In addition to a two seater sofa and two large armchairs, there is a dining table and six dining chairs. Also included is a TV/DVD player (providing digital service) plus CD/radio player. Two sets of large French doors open out on to the patio. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a comprehensive range of crockery, glassware, pans and other cooking utensils. A small utility room houses the washing machine. The master bedroom has a 5' kingsize bed. The second bedroom provides twin beds whilst the third offers a large bunk bed, All three rooms boast ample fitted wardrobes, drawers and a dressing table area.
